In the past, she accepted a transfer to the Apoaster Bridge under Raziel's support and encouragement, but since then, she has been despondent. Upon learning that Raziel personally became a participant in the Angel Plan and failed in the transformation, Chelsea even fell into a breakdown for a time—these events and their outcomes compounded and influenced each other, ultimately becoming the inducement for her drastic change in personality and committing mistakes that require Judgment.
