Yer's childhood and adolescent years are pretty much blissful in people's perspectives. Her parents exhibited tremendous enthusiasm and concern toward her growth, but such excessive concern only served to trouble Yer, who's innately placid. After all, not everyone can accept their parents always being in the honeymoon phase, especially with them constantly spoiling and doting on her like a little kid. Without a doubt, Yer loves her parents with all her heart, but their excessively affectionate and clingy relationship makes her uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, owing to how childish the couple can be at times, Yer actually acts more like the adult in the family instead.
Good-looking and independent from a young age, Yer has caught the eye of many other suitors as well, but she honestly prefers being alone and doing whatever she likes. These numerous factors ended up leading her to join Anita after graduating from school.
To her, being a "Gardener" is the ideal profession. Not only can she distance herself from her original social circle and enter another space, but she can also spend the long hours of researching and data analysis alone. Therefore, this job that would make plenty of people feel lonely actually puts Yer completely at ease and in her own element.
At work, Yer is as good as the definition of "efficient." Besides her consistent standards in professional matters, she pretty much reduces pointless social interactions as much as possible, solely communicating when there's useful information to be exchanged. This is one compliment all employees who have worked with her tend to give.
With that being said, it doesn't mean Yer abandons basic etiquette. She speaks politely to the majority of the people and is especially serious when it comes to work. Nonetheless, there is also an exception. When it comes to her senior, Akira, she truly doesn't have it in her to be reverential.
